Pi Day

As every year, on March 14 (=3.14...) the Math Department celebrated Pi Day.

This year, besides delicious pies and the annual recitation of the first...700 digits of the number pi by Dr. David Folk, the department prepared a surprise. A group of faculty (see photos) sang pi-carols on well-known old melodies. One of the faculty had the idea to play the harmonica.
